Refunds and exchange policy and pricing information:
Should an event be cancelled due to covid restrictions, a credit for another date will be given.
If you cancel your ticket within 7 days of the workshop no refund is available. You will still have access to all the workshop recordings, Q & A calls and facebook groups.
If you do not show up to your event on the day, you will not be able to transfer your ticket to another date nor will we be able to post the materials to you. You will still have access to all the workshop recordings, Q & A calls and facebook groups.
Refunds more than 7 days out from the workshop will be issued on request. They will incur a $40 admin fee. Contact email@example.com to choose this option.
Ticket transfers to a different workshop date can be made before your event and will incur an admin cost of $40 per ticket. Book your new date at www.urbankulture.com.au using the code DATECHANGE which will make the new ticket price $40.
Ticket transfers to a different time slot on the same day can be made at anytime depending on availability. They will incur a $10 admin fee per ticket. Book your new ticket at www.urbankulture.com.au and use the code TIMECHANGE to get the price to $10.

This is not just a passion for me, this is also my full time job. I need to put these policies in place to ensure that I can afford to continue running them and make sure all my bills get paid too. We are not a large company, I do all the admin, website work, tickets sales, event co-ordination myself and I also deliver the presentation of all the workshops, with the help of local facilitators at each location for the hands on part.
It is my dream to teach as many people the art of mushroom cultivation as possible and to bring as much value as possible to my workshops. To be able to do that I need to set these boundaries around refunds, no shows and ticket changes.
